You'll find the Flask of Wondrous Physic in the Third Church of Marika, a small ruin in the eastern quadrant of Limgrave. You can reach this area right after you unlock Torrent, your trusty steed. Here's how:
Run past any enemies that you find on the path. Once you've obtained the flask, you can continue to follow the road to the south to uncover a map of east Limgrave, making future navigation much easier.
The Flask of Wondrous Physic can be customized at any Shrine of Grace by selecting the "Mix Wondrous Physic" option. Throughout your journey, you'll stumble across crystalized tears that may be mixed into your flask. These tears provide a wide range of buffs from restoring HP to causing a self-centered explosion when consumed. You only have one use of Wondrous Physic between each Shrine of Grace rest; use it wisely. This flask also has a longer animation time than your other flasks, so be mindful of when you use it.
