Peaky Blinders season 6 has been rife with speculations concerning which characters could die in its highly anticipated final season, and the show has secretly revealed its most tragic death yet. The final season of the hit show isn't holding back, with the first episode seeing off regular characters such as Aberama Gold and Aunt Polly, and it seems there's more to come. Tommy continues to work towards a way out of shady business dealings so he can finally rest and spend time with his family, but Peaky Blinders most tragic death might ruin that dream.
In season 3 of Peaky Blinders, Tommy and Lizzie have a daughter, named Ruby. She has been rarely seen in the series until season 6, where it is revealed that she has been having visions and repeating the phrase "Tikna Mora O Beng", to Tommy's horror. Tommy, already convinced that his family is cursed, orders his wife Lizzie to see that a black madonna is put around Ruby's neck. Ruby recovers for a while, but then begins coughing up blood at the end of episode 2, which could be evidence that Tommy's preventative measures might not be enough.

The trailer for Peaky Blinders season 6 shows a funeral that isn't Aunt Polly's, with Lizzie in attendance and very clearly distraught. In the shot, Lizzie is dressed in black along with Charles (the only child of Tommy and Grace,) with a trailer being burned in the background in accordance with Shelby funeral tradition. Ruby is nowhere to be seen in the shot, and so this, along with her illness, makes it likely that the funeral shown is, unfortunately, hers.
