One of the best methods for making money is to explore dungeons. These are areas filled with loot and enemies. Sometimes, a quest may be associated with the dungeon, allowing you to complete the quest and loot at the same time.
While exploring, you can also loot any items off of enemies that you kill. Overall, this is a great way to find loot, as well as new weapons and outfits that you can equip.
Keep in mind that dungeons can be dangerous. If you see a valuable item, there may be strong enemies that are nearby. Take caution when exploring dungeons and be sure to come prepared.
Bandit camps are areas outside of cities filled with bandits. For example, just northeast of Cierzo, you can find a camp called Montcalm Clan Fort. This is a dangerous area filled with enemies, but there is also a wide variety of loot available in chests and junk piles.
If you are strong enough, then consider venturing into one of these camps and defeating all the bandits that stand in your way. You may also find bandits outside of these camps. If you feel confident in your combat skills, you can kill the bandits and loot anything that they are holding.
