The Oppo F21 Pro series is here and this year, the focus is all on the design. Both the models are essentially based on the Reno 7 4G and Reno 7Z 5G variants that were launched earlier in global markets. The F21 Pro 4G variant relies on the Snapdragon 680 chipset while the F21 Pro 5G relies on the Snapdragon 695 chip. Both the phones also feature ring lights around their cameras. The phones go up for pre-orders and will be available for sale from April 13.
Before we dive into the specs and features, let us take a look at the Oppo F21 Pro series prices. The Oppo F21 Pro 4G costs Rs. 22,999 for the single variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The 4G variant comes in Sunset Orange and Cosmic Black. The Oppo F21 Pro 5G also comes in only a single variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, costing Rs. 26,999. The phone is available in Rainbow Spectrum and Cosmic Black.
Alongside the F21 Pro series, Oppo also launched the Enco Air 2 Pro earbuds at a price of Rs. 3,499.
The Oppo F21 Pro 4G variant is essentially the Reno 7 4G variant from global markets. The phone is based on the Snapdragon 680 chipset, and is paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. You get a 6.4-inch FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone relies on a 4500mAh battery and gets the 33W wired charging.
The cameras is where the F21 Pro is loaded to the teeth. The main camera has a 64MP sensor along with a 2MP depth camera and another 2MP microlens camera. Oppo says the camera provides 15X and 30X magnification to be used as a microsope lens. The front camera uses a 32MP Sony IMX709 camera sensor, promising better selfies.
