Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has revealed Brainiac as a major player in the game's events, but it feels like there are more secrets that have yet to be revealed. With the game still a long way from release, it seems very unlikely that there are no other villains waiting in the wings. It's possible that there may be a higher threat than even Brainiac in the upcoming Suicide Squad game.
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is going to be the latest game in the Arkhamverse, and the first not to star Batman. The game already looks to be a rather bombastic affair from the trailers and general premise. However, with many rumors that Suicide Squad: KTJL is delayed until 2023, fans may have to wait for quite a while to play. Considering the source material and Arkhamverse history, it would not be surprising at all if Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League had at least one more major villain that has yet to be revealed.

For one, the Arkhamverse games have already shown a tendency toward having hidden villains that are revealed late in the story. In Arkham City, Ra's Al Ghul turns out to have been manipulating everything from behind the scenes, including supposed main villain Hugo Strange. Likewise, in Arkham Knight, the identity of the titular villain is revealed to be Jason Todd, one of the former Robins. These reveals were major moments of their respective games, and complete surprises when they were revealed. Even though Brainiac is a great villain choice for KTJL, it's more likely than not that there's at least another villain awaiting players in the Suicide Squad game.
