We genuinely enjoyed our time with the OnePlus 10T when we tested it in early August, but one big question loomed over our review: Which carriers would support the phone at launch?
As it turns out, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon will all carry the phone, which means you can enjoy its powerful processor and ridiculously fast charging speeds no matter which mobile network you're on. The phone supports both 4G and 5G bands on each carrier, and in testing, we saw excellent cellular performance on Verizon's network in New York City.
OnePlus says you can pre-order the phone between Sept. 1 and Sept. 28. A version of the phone with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage retails for $649, while one with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage goes for $749. However, if you pre-order the handset before Sept. 8 directly from OnePlus, Amazon, or Best Buy, you can get the 16GB/256GB model for the lower $649 price.
In Canada, OnePlus announced support for four carriers: Bell, Freedom, Rogers, and Telus. Note that only Bell and Telus currently offer 5G bands, so if you use Freedom or Rogers, you're stuck with 4G. In Canada, the phone goes for CAD $749 and $849, respectively, depending on the model you choose.
We like the OnePlus 10T a lot, but it isn't the only Android phone in this price range worth considering. Check out our top picks for an overview of the competition.
