ASUS's custom NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12 GB graphics card has been pictured in the latest leaked pictures posted by Momomo_US.
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 SUPER graphics card pictured is the ASUS RTX 4070 SUPER Dual which is a dual-fan custom design featuring a compact 2.46 slot form factor. The card being really small makes it a perfect fit for small form factor PCs and cases since you will be getting faster graphics performance over the standard RTX 4070.
Comparing the card to the existing ASUS GeForce RTX 4070 Dual OC, we can note that it is a lot shorter. The standard 4070 Dual OC measures 267.01 x 133.94 x 51.13 mm. The new RTX 4070 SUPER will use the new CEM 5.1 interface which extends upon the 12VHPWR connector with the new ATX 3.1 standard and 12V-2x6 design.
In addition to these features, the ASUS GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER Dual will also come with a backplate that extends beyond the PCB.
Considering that the card is already smaller than the previous RTX 4070 Dual model, the PCB itself is going to be very compact for a card that retails above $500 US. The backplate also has labels for a BIOS switch that will let you adjust between Performance and Quiet mode profiles.
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER is said expected to come in AD104-350 or AD103-175 SKU (PG141 SKU 335) configurations with the same 7,168 cores across both variants. The GPU is expected to get 48 MB of L2 cache. It looks like this card would stick with the 12 GB GDDR6X memory across the same 192-bit bus interface. For the RTX 4070 SUPER, the card will have a 20W higher TBP than the existing 4070 at 220W.
As for the performance, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER should end up being around 14% faster than the RTX 4070 Non-SUPER. The graphics card will
