Eventually, you will make it to the Captain's Quarters, where you must find an escape once more. The story of 999 is very important, so for this guide, we are not going to be providing any story-related information. Here, you will just find the essentials to help you move through the puzzle. This will help you avoid spoilers while you look for a way to escape.
Prior to solving the escape room, let's take a look at the layout of the Captain's Quarters.
This room actually consists of two smaller rooms. In the larger of the two, you will find a bed to the left of the door and a table with two chairs in front of the door. Directly in front of the door, you can also find a video camera.
At the foot of the bed, you will see a desk with several monitors on it. Going into the smaller room, you will find another desk filled with telegraph equipment. This desk will also have a variety of smaller objects on top of it.

First, take a look at the small table beside the bed. You will find a music box that will be added to your inventory.
