destructoid.comInflexion Games has brought a brand new trailer for its atmospheric fantasy crafting adventure Nightingale to the Summer Game Fest showcase.
As an intrepid “Realmwalker”, players will be tasked with scavenging and surviving off of the land, while gathering the ingredients to craft magical decks of cards that offer the power to create dimension-crossing portals. If you thought this world and its denizens were dangerous enough, just wait until you see what’s waiting for you on the other side…
Nightingale will launch later in 2022 on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.

Arkane game designer refers to Redfall's world being 'too open'
Redfall, an upcoming multiplayer title from Arkane, recently had a game developer open up about the game itself. Harvey Smith, Game Designer for Arkane, discussed the game with IGN and focused particularly on the open-world aspect of the upcoming co-op title. According to the developer, the game was actually “too open”, offering almost nothing to bar the player from progressing through the world itself.
