Blizzard has revealed new work-in-progress accessibility features, and they want your feedback on them! These features are currently available to test in the Diablo 4 Season 5 PTR, but are not expected to be released in the live version of the game until Season 6 and the new Vessel of Hatred expansion.
These features can be accessed in-game in the Accessibility section of the Options menu, which is accessed by pressing ESC on keyboards and the Start button on controllers.
Accessibility features are created primarily to support players with disabilities; however, these features can and do support everyone who plays the game. For instance, highlighting your character in a certain color can help players easily track their character's position amidst on-screen spell effects, and customizable subtitles enhance the experience for players who either prefer or need visual cues. These features are designed to improve the gaming experience universally, making the game more enjoyable and accessible for all.
