New Dracthyr Starting Quests - Unique Dialogue for Class Choice
With their new class options, non-evoker Dracthyr have a brief new starting area in which you encounter Emberthal, who makes a unique comment based on your class!
Like the original Evoker starting experience, the introduction cutscene briefly teases the events that lead to the stasis you initially find yourself in, but unlike them, the answers have already been discovered for these newly awakened Dracthyr classes.
Instead of being met by a crisis, you are met by Emberthal, who has returned to the Forbidden Reach to aid in awakening new creches. Wasting no time in ushering us out into the world, she gives us a brief rundown of who to expect on the other side of the portal to your chosen capital city.
Along the way, she also comments on your chosen class, giving a note on its relation to their old role in Neltharion's army.

Before departing, you also have the option of speaking to a few characters in the area, including your respective faction leaders, another newly awakened recruit, and Emberthal herself.

Upon reaching Stormwind or Orgrimmar, you immediately encounter Chromie, who guides you to her regular options of timeline selection, and from there you are just as any other player! In addition, you can now find dracthyr of various classes training and conversing around the embassies.
Currently, there is no insight as to how these dracthyr learn their visage form during the introduction experience, but they are able to do the same quest as Evokers if they choose the Dragonflight timeline from Chromie. Hopefully as the PTR progresses, new quests will instead be added directly to the brief starting experience to explain visage forms to new players directly in their starting zone.
