Destiny 2 is a popular game with a passionate fanbase that is always looking for things that can be improved or tweaked to make it better. Developer Bungie often makes attempts to listen to this fan feedback, and have changed Destiny 2 plenty in the years since its launch. As the sci-fi shooter looks to enter its fifth year, Bungie is looking to bring some important quality of life changes, such as Reputation gain tweaks in Destiny 2's multiplayer.
Alongside other tweaks and larger changes, Destiny 2 is bringing about some updates to the way elements work in the game's subclasses. Arc, Solar, and Void make up the different paths a player can choose to customize their Guardian as they see fit. To begin with the changes to these elemental subclasses, Bungie is looking towards Void, through the Destiny 2 Void 3.0 rework patch that will vastly change how the element works for the Warlock, Hunter and Titan classes.
Destiny 2 Changes Coming With Void 3.0 Revealed
For the Hunter, the Void element prioritizes stealth and movement. For the Warlock, Void can allow a player to damage and drain health from enemies, and for the Titan, Void is used mostly as an element to help the player and their team tank damage. However, where once the Destiny 2 Titan's Void abilities seemed rather similar, as they both had similar cool downs and inputs. Yet, now Bungie is looking to change that, giving the Ward of Dawn ability changes to make it a more reactionary tool with a lower cool down and instant activation.
