New Cyberpunk 2077 Game Reaches Crowdfunding Goal In 10 Minutes
A brand new game has launched a crowdfunding campaign, and completely crushed its goal within minutes. There are 17 days remaining in the funding campaign, with the game easily on track to reach 1000% of its funding goal.
launched on GameFound today, with a funding goal of $100,000. The board game is being developed by Go On Board, the board game company that was behind the successful board games. As of the time of this writing, the campaign has accumulated nearly a million dollars from more than 4,500 backers, and counting.
CD Projekt Red's official account has also shared an awesome trailer for the board game on X (formerly Twitter). The trailer gives a glimpse of how the game plays, presented with animations that bring it to life. Character pieces are shown moving through the game board, spurred on by game cards, guide books, and other game pieces.

The board game takes 1–4 players to Night City in an experience that's described as a "" The game will allow players to play as their favorite characters, stepping into the shoes of V, Panam, Jackie, or Judy. The board game branches off from the video game, changing one key moment to create a completely new story in the game's world.
