New Bloodborne Merch Has Fans Preparing For A Sequel Announcement
A sequel or even a remastered version or PC release seems even more possible with a new set of merchandise based on Sony’s hit soulslike game. FromSoftware’s dark adventure title is one of the studio’s most beloved projects, even nearly 10 years since its initial release back in 2015. The title explores the depths of horror in an adventure that pushes players beyond the limitations imposed by fear. Over the past years, there have been many rumors about a and even more requests for a PC remaster, but nothing has been officially teased so far.
It does not seem like has been forgotten by Sony just yet, however, as new official merchandise based on the hit game has been unveiled. PlayStation is collaborating with Super Groupies for a new set of apparel, as seen on the official Super Groupies website.
Images of the items can be seen in the post made by Zuby_Tech on X. The collab sees the release of a pocket watch based on the Astral Clocktower, lace-up boots that resemble the ones worn by Hunters of Yharnam, and gloves that have the Hunter Rune imprinted on them. The three -inspired items are already available for pre-order.
Bloodborne has become one of the most popular PlayStation games ever, but even this gem has some harsh realities to face when replaying.
While the merchandise release itself is by no means a confirmation of a sequel or even a remaster for current PlayStation 5 consoles, it does show that the franchise itself has not yet been abandoned. The mere collaboration to release new thematic products shows that there is an understanding that the game is in, some ways, a success, and that is what may spark hope in the hearts of some players. Even if unannounced, a sequel or remake may not be too far off.
