Dratnos and Tettles are back with another series of Race to World First Daily Recap videos!
These videos will be recorded daily after Liquid finishes raiding, meaning they should be released around 2am Pacific Time, near the start of the European guilds' day.

Finally, after hundreds of pulls, Liquid and Echo have killed Nexus Princess Ky'veza for a Liquid World First and Echo World Second! In today's Race to World First Recap, Dratnos and Tettles discuss the hardest mid-tier boss since Sepulcher and the implications its difficulty has had on the race and on the tier for everyone else! Are nerfs likely or warranted on the weekly reset?
Echo and Method are hot on Liquid's heels, with Echo having killed the boss after this was recorded, giving them almost a full day of progression on Silken Court. Liquid got a solid half day on the boss, much of which was done with streams turned off, so it'll be interesting to see where they're at once the streams come back on tomorrow! Either way, both guilds are likely looking to a second reset, and it's pretty unlikely that Silken Court will die before then, especially with all Vantus Runes committed to Ky'veza.
Method remain in the hunt too, and are hoping to be on Silken Court any pull now to stay competitive for World First — though every passing hour is more and more costly to their chances.
