Realme has unveiled its premium flagship GT 2 Series globally today at the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2022). The series introduces the Realme GT 2 and the Realme GT 2 Pro, which features triple camera setup and Qualcomm Snapdragon 5G processor. Though, it hasn’t launched in India yet. Realme did reveal that that the GT 2 series will be introduced in India, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America in the coming months. Here’s what the premium flagship Realme GT 2 Pro brings:
Realme GT 2 Pro features a 6.7 inch E4 2K AMOLED flat display with LTPO 2.0 technology, 4.5 million pixels, and a 10-bit colour depth. With the LTPO 2.0 technology, the display can automatically adjust the refresh rate from 1 to 120Hz along with 1,000Hz instant touch sampling. The Realme GT 2 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and a 5,000mAh battery which supports 65W fast charging support. It comes with an advanced Antenna Matrix System and Dolby Atmos Dual Stereo Speakers, and pre-installed Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12 comes with newly-designed 3D icons, Fluid Space Design and Omojis. Realme is promised to provide three years of major Android OS updates and four years of Android security patches for the GT 2 series. Also, it features largest heat dissipation area at a staggering 36761mm2 for up to 3 degrees Celsius of cooling.
For photography, the Realme GT 2 Pro sports a triple-camera setup at the back with a 50MP + 50MP primary camera setup of SONY IMX766 sensor supporting both optical image stabilization for photos and electronic image stabilization for videos. Along with it, it comes with a 150 degrees ultra-wide camera sensor and a 40 times micro-lens camera. For selfies, it features a 32MP front camera sensor.
