While it appears similar to other crossover fighting games like Super Smash Bros. and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, there are key differences that set MultiVersus apart from its peers. MultiVersus will also be a free-to-play live-service title, meaning that developer Player First Games will continue releasing new characters and stages long after the title's upcoming launch.
