Following tons of fan speculation, multiple stage variants have been confirmed for specific stages in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, with Harmonic Convergence from The Legend of Korra confirmed to be the first.
Ever since Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 was first revealed last month, Ludosity and Fair Play Labs have been on a roll with updates on what's being added to the game, including reveals for new fighters, reworked veterans, and tweaked gameplay mechanics. That's not looking to change any time soon as, just days after showcasing Patrick's moveset, the developers have confirmed a popular fan theory.

All of you eagle-eyed All-Star Brawlers were right - some stages will have multiple variants. The first trailer for the game had several moments where stages from the original were shown to have different layouts, both from how they were in the first game and even from how they were in the trailer. This caused fans to speculate that, similarly to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's Omega and Battlefield versions of stages, multiple variants would be included here too.
In a new tweet posted from the Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl Twitter account, this exact feature was confirmed and shown off. The tweet reads, "Some keen eyes have pieced together that some of our stages are a bit different from video to video… because select stages in #NASB2 have multiple variants! Check out the different layouts of a new stage - Harmonic Convergence, from The Legend of Korra".
Ignoring the claim that this is a "new stage" aside (since it was in the first NASB), the tweet shows five different variations for Harmonic Convergence. The ones shown here include the default version
