More Itemization Updates to Phase 4 Epic Loot - Band of Sulfuras, Eskhandar's Set
Blizzard has updated the stats on several more Phase 4 epics. These changes to the Band of Sulfuras and Eskhandar's Set were hotfixed on the PTR late on the evening of July 2th.
While only four items have been updated so far this week, the past few weeks saw a massive amount of itemization changes in preparation for Phase 4. This included updates to Onyxia rewards and UBRS loot, BRD and Scholomance, Tier .5 Sets, Molten Core, iconic class weapons, and Stratholme / LBRS Dungeons.
The SoD version of Band of Sulfuras initially provided crit, but now provides hit.

Item effect changes:
Improves your chance to get a critical strike with all spells and attacks by 1%. ➞ Improves your chance to hit with all spells and attacks by 1%.
Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 27. ➞ Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 28.
The Eskhandar weapons are much slower in SoD compared to Classic Era.
