As if Moon Knight wasn’t enough of a mind-bending experience, Thor: Love and Thunder entered the fray with its first teaser. Certain fan theories suggest the two Marvel Studios projects might be connected, and perhaps that’s why the show’s writers have had to address the matter and clear up whether there’s any room at all for Thor and Marc to cross paths.
Despite not appearing once in Marvel Studios' brief Thor: Love and Thunder preview, it’s a well-known fact that Gorr the God Butcher, played by Christian Bale, will be the movie’s main villain, with Natalie Portman's Jane Foster becoming Mighty Thor. With a god killer on the loose in the MCU, some would speculate Earth’s vast selection of gods would attract his attention, such asMoon Knight's very own Konshu or any other of his Egyptian peers.

Leave it then to writer Beau DeMayo to clear up the landscape a bit, with the Moon Knight creative being asked about it by The Direct. His answer is not quite telling though because all he has to say is, “You know, I don’t know what they are doing in [Thor: Love and Thunder]. My honest answer is 'I don’t know'…,” claiming that -as a Marvel fan- he enjoys staying the dark on these topics. He did confess to being very curious about Gorr possibly going after Konshu, however, for him, it’s also very possible for writers to remain entrenched in their own scripts, even when accounting for the MCU's vastly collaborative nature.
