Arthur Harrow in Moon Knight, as portrayed by Ethan Hawke, has impressive magical powers, but how does he compare to Scarlet Witch? Moon Knight's first episode «The Goldfish Problem» outlined the conflict between Steven Grant/Marc Spector (Oscar Isaac) and Arthur Harrow, and the connection the two characters have with the Ennead, the Egyptian pantheon of gods. Arthur Harrow is a David Koresh-esque cult leader serving Ammit, the Egyptian goddess who is sometimes called the Devourer of the Deadfor her role in weighing and eating the impure hearts of those in the underworld. She determines who passes into the Field of Reeds, known as A'Aru, to see the god Osiris.

For the sake of creating a fairer analysis and taking a counterpart with more consistent material, it's best to compare Ethan Hawke's Arthur Harrow with the MCU's version of Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen).
