Capcom has just dropped a new game called Monster Hunter Puzzles: Felyne Isles. It’s a match-3 puzzle game set in the beloved Monster Hunter universe but with a cute, casual twist. If you love Monster Hunter or like the time-killing match-3 games, then this one’s for you.
In the game, you’re thrown into the Felyne Isles. It’s a charming place where Catizens (yep, that’s what they call the cat residents) are having a bit of a monster problem. These ferocious beasts are wreaking havoc and making the little felines scared and helpless.
So, it’s up to you to help the Felynes fend the monsters off by matching tiles. Use all your claws and whiskers (or not) to match the elements. You can move pieces diagonally, vertically and horizontally. Raise your Pawtentials to earn skills that make solving puzzles even more fun.
As an adventurer, you’ll be helping a Felyne chef rebuild his restaurant after Rathalos wrecked it. And while doing so, you get other things to indulge yourself in. You’ll uncover the backstories of the adorable Felynes while keeping their homes safe from those pesky monsters. Monster Hunter Puzzles also lets you duke it out for the top spot in global rankings.
You can also build structures and buildings that fit perfectly with the Felynes and the island. Know the unique critters and help them rebuild their businesses. For some added fun, you can dress up your Felyne in all sorts of snazzy outfits. Collect items from quests and customise your little buddy in the latest fashion.
