It is no secret that gamers have used the open worlds of Minecraft to do far more than simply survive since the game was released over a decade ago. Players have utilized the massive list of blocks and items present in Minecraft to build all kinds of unique creations. Often these designs are based on other popular video games and sometimes even draw inspiration from movies and television shows. For example, one fan recently made a building inside Minecraft based on the cartoon show Courage the Cowardly Dog.
Airing during the late 1990s and early 2000s, Courage the Cowardly Dog became a popular show on Cartoon Network and has remained loved by many fans years after its final episode was released. The show featured the adventures of Courage and his family, Muriel and Eustace Bagge, as they encountered the bizarre and unnatural on their farmhouse, which is set in Kansas near the fictional town called Nowhere. Recently, one talented fan decided to recreate a location from the classic cartoon in another art style, one much more blocky in appearance.

In a post on Reddit, a user known as gdsergio shared a picture of a creation they had completed in Minecraft. Specifically, they had managed to recreate the iconic house of Courage the Cowardly Dog. In the image, a bright sun was seen above a simple farmhouse with a windmill next to it. The landscape surrounding the location was barren, with only a few small shrubs scattered about, perfectly replicating the desolate place seen in the cartoon. While the Reddit user did not provide any info on how they created the iconic setting, it appears that they utilized lighting shaders for their particular Minecraft world, adding to the scene.
