Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands has had a rough time since launch. While fans were willing to look past the early server issues because the core game was strong, issues have appeared since then. Questionable balancing changes to weapons and the Clawbringer class caused frustration, a lack of a replay option for the campaign proved detrimental to the experience, and a harsh reaction to the Season Pass was impossible to ignore.
With the core gameplay ofTiny Tina’s Wonderlands being so strong, and a lot of fun systems in place, it would be great to see it bounce back and restore its reputation. While Gearbox is attempting to do this through some minor, loot-focused events, this will not be enough to change the discussion around the game. However, a second Season Pass with the type of content fans actually want to see would certainly do the trick.

The biggest thing that a second Season Pass could do is deliver on the content that fans were hoping for from the original Season Pass. Doing so would instantly get fans playing again, which is something that needs to happen since so many are moving back to older Borderlands titles like Borderlands 2 and Borderlands 3. If Gearbox wants to get some positive reactions, a more traditional style for post-launch releases would be ideal.
Instead of more experimental content like the Mirrors of Mystery or Borderlands 3’s second Season Pass, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is in desperate need of some traditional expansions. While another class would be a nice bonus, as well as some more cosmetics, proper expansions should be prioritized if more DLC is announced. Even just one expansion with 5-10 hours’ worth of new missions, enemies, and locations
