Many versions ago, Genshin Impact received a major feature allowing players to create a home outside the world of Teyvat. One Genshin Impact player has now decided to create a home of their own with some creative twists and turns.
Genshin Impact is a vast open world RPG with a unique home building feature, the Serenitea Pot. After progressing through a sizable portion of the Liyue story arc, the world quest titled «A Teapot to Call Home» may be received by Madame Ping. By completing the quest line, players earn the Serenitea Pot and enter an entirely different realm. The tea pot provides a huge plot of land for the player to build a home, grow crops, talk to companions, and rest after exploring the expansive world of Teyvat.
Genshin Impact Fan Creates Impressive Engulfing Lightning Real-life Replica
Reddit user u/HEB_AQW built a modern-style house in the Serenitea Pot, circumventing some restrictions miHoYo put in place for home-building. For instance, the user used many stone benches leading up to a second floor of the home. Many decorated rooms await on the second floor, created in an attempt to replicate the layout of a two-story house seen in the real world housing market. The second floor also features the highly detailed Paimon painting from the Dragonscape update.
The methods used to create such a house include clipping, which involves shaking an object really fast until the border placement hue sticks to blue. The blue hue signifies that an object may be placed as the Genshin Impact user desires, and the clipping method allows objects to be played virtually anywhere in the home. Ultimately, clipping allows players to negate the object placement restrictions and create a home with limitless potential.
