While it has a ton of Energy Recharge, its passive also provides a significant amount of Energy Particles. Kuki's Elemental Burst can trigger an Electro reaction up to six times if you trigger it when her HP is below 50 percent. Hence, this weapon is perfect if you're trying to use her as a Support that triggers a lot of reactions. It is best used in Electro-Charged and Overload teams involving Kuki.
