The Good Smile Company has become well-known to gamers for its poseable action figures that perfectly capture fan-favorite characters, and it’s about to take on the most well-known female video game protagonist of all time. It's revealed that its next release will be aMetroid Dread version of Samus Aran.
This figma of Samus will feature her blue and white base suit that was made famous in the latestMetroidinstallment. There's no release date or price for it just yet, but from previous releases fans can expect a high-quality model with swappable items that for multiple poses.

Most figma figures are based on Japanese anime characters, but the company has been releasing more and more from American videogame culture, such as a figma of Doom Eternal's Doom Slayer. The figures are well known for their many points of articulation that allow fans to pose them any way they see fit, making for the perfect figure for a desktop or shelf. These are so accurate and well detailed that the price reflects it, with some figures costing as much as a full retail video game, $60-$70, or even higher.
This is not the first Nintendo figma either, as there have been made many for Link from TheLegend of Zelda. One of the latest releases was a Skyward Sword variant that came with swappable faces including a «gallant expression» and «powerful shouting face» along with all of his usual equipment.
