It feels like pretty much all developers and studios are getting behind the big live service push right now. Better that than NFT buzz which has gone pretty quiet recently, who saw that coming? Keeping a live service game interesting and its player base growing is not easy, though. It takes never-ending dedicated work and a constant stream of hooks that will reel in new players and keep those you already have on the line.
A key ingredient to doing that is the crossover game, and while no one can touch Fortnite in that regard, Among Us has a few of its own to boast. The latest Among Us crossover might be the indie game's biggest coup to date, as soon enough you will be able to don Master Chief's armor as you traverse the ship completing tasks and trying to convince rivals that you aren't the imposter.

Among Us broke the news that Master Chief will soon be sus by sharing a screenshot of the new skin in action complete with what looks like the 343 Guilty Spark. That prompted Xbox to get in on the fun, replying to the tweet with a screenshot of its own which includes a green crewmate. Xbox Game Pass, on which Among Us is available now, then replied to that tweet, adding its own crewmate which very much appears to be the imposter in this situation.
A release date and price for Among Us's Halo skin hasn't been revealed, but since it has already been shown off it probably won't be too long a wait until it is added to the in-game store. It also seems likely the skin will cost $1.99, the same as other special skins that have been added to Among Us in the past. Previous Among Us crossovers include League of Legends and Scream.
