Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is one of the biggest games left in 2023 that fans are dying to get their hands on. The title has been getting lots of information and trailers lately, and Insomniac Games isn’t afraid to “spill some tea” on what you might be able to see and do as you swing around the city. As gamers found out earlier this year, when you’re in the open-world setting of New York, you’ll have the option to swap between Peter Parker and Miles Morales. That’s important because not only is this game about both characters but there are tasks and missions specifically assigned to them.
However, that raises a question, now doesn’t it? That would be the question of what happens when you’re controlling Peter Parker or Miles Morales and thus don’t have eyes on what the other is doing. What does a Spider-Man do when a player isn’t “holding the reins”? The answer came from the title’s associate animation director, who revealed in an interview that you can sometimes see the other Spider-Man doing work as you swing through New York as one Spider-Man or the other!

" There are time when you can be swinging throughout the city
and you can see the other spider-man
Sometimes actively doing something
Or stopping a crime "

That’s right! You can see the other Spider-Man in action doing things on his own, and then you can jump in to help if you want or swing away so you can continue to do what you intended to do initially. This is very reminiscent of a certain Rockstar Games title where they had three main characters, and you could sometimes find them wandering the city when you weren’t in control of
