Marvel’s Avengers is getting yet another alternate character skin based on the MCU films, namely Iron Man’s Mark XLVI armor from Captain America: Civil War. Developer Crystal Dynamics has continued to add new content to Marvel’s Avengers in the years since it first launched, ranging from playable missions to new heroes like Black Panther, Kate Bishop, and the upcoming Marvel’s Avengers version of Jane Foster’s Mighty Thor. There have also been several DLC costumes for the currently existing heroes, such as the dreaded Monster Hulk from the 2011 Incredible Hulks comic run.
Naturally, some of these new Marvel’s Avengers skins have been drawn from the silver screen, with Thor recently getting his eyepatch look from Avengers: Infinity War and Captain America sporting his World War II battle attire from Captain America: The First Avenger. Just last month, Iron Man received his classic Mark III suit from the very first Iron Man movie, and recent rumors have suggested that his more bleeding edge armor from 2016’s Captain America: Civil War would be added to Marvel’s Avengers alongside the previously mentioned Monster Hulk and Ms. Marvel’s Kree Stormranger suit from the cover of Magnificent Ms. Marvel #5.
