Game developer Don’t Nod Entertainment SA announced that their upcoming game would be delayed in order to let the new Life is Strange game have some shine.
The move was announced on Don’t Nod’s social media, where the company confirmed that the game would be delayed until “early 2025.” As for why, Don’t Nod said that they know fans would be excited about the upcoming Life is Strange Game, Life is Strange: Double Exposure.
“We’ve made the decision to move the release dates of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage to early 2025. We know you’re all excited for both Lost Records and the new Life is Strange game, and we wanted to ensure both have adequate space to shine,” said the company. “The wait will be worth it!”

Although Don’t Nod didn’t have a hand in developing the upcoming Life is Strange title, the developer is best known for their work on the first two critically acclaimed entries in the Life is Strange franchise. The upcoming Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is described as an adventure game, and fill follow the story of four former friends who reunite after 27 years.
“The magical summer of 1995 is one of self-discovery and forging unbreakable bonds for high school friends Swann, Nora, Autumn, and Kat. 27 years of no contact later, fate reunites them to confront the long-buried secret that made them promise to never speak again,” reads the game’s description.
