They've knocked projects out of the park in the animated medium as well as the live-action space, including The Afterparty and Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, leaving some fans to wonder whether there's anything they can't do. After the undeniable success of The Afterparty on Apple TV Plus, fans quickly began wondering if it would get a follow-up. The thing is, even though The Afterparty season 2 was only announced relatively recently, it turns out that it was quietly greenlit even before the first season aired.
