Lindsay Dolashewich may not have earned the $1 million on Survivor season 42, but her brand new tattoo is proof that her love for the competition still runs deep. On the most recent installment of the show, the 31-year-old New Jersey dietician came close to making the final three and presenting her achievements to the jury. However, following a clever plot by Maryanne Oketch to take out Lindsay's closest ally Omar Zaheer, she was the next to have her torch snuffed. Despite her fifth place finish, Lindsay has no hard feelings toward Survivor. Rather, she wants to ensure she never forgets the experience.
Throughout the 42nd season of Survivor, Lindsay was a force to be reckoned with. From the premiere episode, luck was on her side when she, Hai Giang and Drea Wheeler earned the Advantage Amulet. She later survived the dreaded Do or Die twist, which put her fate in choosing the single "safe" box out of three options. Additionally, Lindsay found herself part of the close-knit Taku Four, comprised of Maryanne, Omar and Jonathan Young, though she fought to eliminate the latter toward the end of her time on the island. Jonathan, a Guinness World Record holder for most pull-ups with one hundred pounds on his back, was viewed early on as the biggest physical threat. But Lindsay gave him a run for his money. Week after week, they were consistently neck and neck in immunity challenges.
