90 Day Fiancé: Kim Recounts Run-In With Her 'Toxic Ex Boyfriend'
90 Day Fiancé star Kim Menzies posted a story on Instagram revealing a recent encounter with her toxic ex-boyfriend. Kim first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days season 5, alongside her romantic interest Usman «Sojaboy» Umar. Usman had previously appeared on Before The 90 Days season 4, when he married his ex-wife Lisa Hamme in Nigeria. Kim and Usman officially met when she reached out to him online, after growing fond of him and his music while watching his first season. While the relationship started off platonic, as Usman viewed Kim as a «super fan,» the two eventually developed a more romantic connection.
When Kim traveled to Nigeria to finally meet Usman in person, Usman referred to Kim as a potential girlfriend as opposed to his real girlfriend. Usman claimed that the reasoning behind this had to do with him still being guarded as a result of his breakup with Lisa, although Kim still had some doubts. Throughout their time together, Kim and Usman had a number of arguments, including when Kim was upset that Usman was not ready to be intimate with her. However, Kim and Usman defied the odds and are currently still in a relationship today.

In a recent Instagram story, Kim poked fun at her ex-boyfriend who she referred to as "toxic," with a meme of Usman. Kim posted a screenshot of Usman from a scene on the show, in which he sports a shocked expression wearing a white robe. 90 Day Fiancé star Kim explained in the caption that she had run into an ex-boyfriend of hers, who then told her the two should go grab a drink after he admitted that he had watched Kim and Usman on their season.
