As seen below, SmithyButBig was able to send out Echo, toss the heat shield onto the cute little bag, and run around with it by commanding Echo to move as it carries the heat shield. Many fans questioned and worried, in the Reddit thread, if this meant Echo could potentially carry Rampart's turret, but it seems some players tested this and it doesn't work. This, in turn, led to many jokes of Respawn ensuring Echo couldn't carry a turret but forgetting the heat shield, even if it doesn't exactly work that way.
