Legion of Super-Heroes is getting a new animated TV show from comic writer Brian Michael Bendis, to air on HBO. Bendis has been writing comics for decades, having contributed major storylines to both Marvel and DC, most recently through the Superman and Justice League issues. He's also written the most recent iteration of the Legion of Super-Heroes comic that ran from 2019-2021 with 12 issues.
