Unfortunately, these self-imposed quests can be long for those familiar with Shiny Hunting, such as catching a Shiny Alpha Pokémon. Thanks to a new glitch, players can now duplicate Shiny Pokémon by shaking ores and boxes. This will result in players obtaining an exact copy of the Shiny they found and repeat the process as much as they want.
Shiny Pokémon were first introduced in the Second Generation of Pokémon games with Pokémon: Gold, Silver, and Crystal. These Pokémon are unique as they both have alternative coloration and a sparkle visual effect whenever they are first encountered in the wild or come out of their Pokéball. They are also incredibly rare, with a base appearance rate being 1 in 4,096, which improves to 1 in 158.2 during Mass Outbreaks in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

However, sometimes luck acts in strange ways, in this case, a glitch found by Kqttling on Twitter that clones the exact Pokémon found in an area, including its Shiny status. For the time being, using this glitch can be a time saver for players looking to get multiple copies of Shiny Pokémon.
