Vivo unveiled two smartphones - Vivo X80 and X80 Pro - earlier this year. Now, it is all set to add another phone to its X-series with the launch of the Vivo X80 Pro+ as its high-end flagship later this year. Uncertainty around the launch of X80 Pro+ have now settled with the latest leak from the tipster Yogesh Brar of MySmartPrice, who suggests that it will launch in October 2022. However, the launch timeline right now is quite tentative and likely depends on the ongoing global supply chain situation. The Vivo X80 Pro+ is likely to launch in October 2022. Well, soon after its global debut, you can expect it in the Indian market as well. Ahead of the expected launch, tipster Yogesh Brar also confirmed that X80 Pro+ will pack the new Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset under the hood. This is an upgraded version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, based on a 4nm process and comes with 10 per cent CPU, GPU improvements, and better battery optimisation. In addition to the new processor, there isn't much confirmed about the next Vivo flagship. However, based on its standard variant, which comes with Zeiss-tuned cameras and gimbal-like stabilisation, the Pro+ is also expected to feature these camera features. Well, it won't be a surprise if you get a quad-camera setup on the back, as several earlier reports predicted that the smartphone will feature a 50MP, 48MP (IMX598), 50MP (JN1), and 50MP (JN2) camera sensors. Moreover, you can expect a 6.8-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 120Hz of refresh rate as well as fast charging of up to 120W, the MySmartPrice report revealed.
