Kevin Conroy, the voice behind many iterations of Batman, has said that "he wishes" another Batman Arkham game was in development.
Although Kevin Conroy is perhaps best known for his role as Batman in several different animated series, he also played the Caped Crusader in all three of Rocksteady's Batman Arkham games. The last game in the series, Batman Arkham Knight, released back in 2015 and seemed to indicate the end of the series. According to Kevin Conroy, that continues to be the case.

As reported by GamesRadar+, Conroy was asked about the possibility of a new Arkham game while being interviewed by The Movie Dweeb. In response, Conroy said, "I wish there was, I really do. Because people ask all the time. You have to understand how expensive they are to build. They cost a fortune. They take years. Arkham Knight took two years to put together, and it was a huge secret, no one could know about it."
Although Conroy seems pretty certain that a new Arkham game isn't in development, it's worth noting that he admits in the interview that the games are kept as big secrets, so it's unlikely that he'd say anything on its existence. Still, it probably shouldn't come as too much of a surprise that the Batman Arkham series isn't going to continue anytime soon. Rocksteady, the developers behind the original trilogy, has moved on and is creating Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League in the same universe, while Warner Bros Montreal is currently working on Gotham Knights, a game where Batman is (supposedly) dead.
