Psychological horror game KARMA: the Dark World will launch for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG on March 27 for $24.99 / €24.99 / £19.99, followed by Xbox Series at a later date, publisher Wired Productions and developer Pollard Studio announced. A 10 percent launch discount will also be available.
KARMA: The Dark World will also feature a host of PlayStation 5 Pro-exclusive features, including fully-featured PlayStation Super Spectral Resolution integration for enhanced image quality, definition, and texture clarity, as well as improved reflections and distance rendering, providing 60 frames per second performance at 4K resolution.
“Wired Productions has always championed storytellers who push the boundaries and craft compelling narratives,” said Wired Productions managing director Leo Zullo in a press release. “Yonghe Wang and Pollard Studio team have raised the bar and have delivered a rollercoaster assault on the senses, in an abstract, surreal, dark yet hauntingly beautiful cinematic gaming masterpiece. If Kojima, Christopher Nolan and the late and great David Lynch ever had the chance to work on a project from China, KARMA: The Dark World might just be the end result.”
