Marcy Posey Gatterman, the mother of Kailia Posey from Toddlers & Tiaras, revealed that the star left a note behind before her passing. After appearing on the reality show, the star remained in the pageant world and won several crowns and trophies, went on tours for her contortionism and even appeared in Netflix's 2019 film, Eli.
