Million Dollar Beach House's JB Andreassi recently opened up about his latest show Selling The Hamptons and if it's been good for his residential real estate business ahead of filming for season 2. JB Andreassi made his debut on Beach House in 2020 via Netflix, which followed the 2019 summer Hamptons real estate season marked from Memorial to Labor Day weekend. The show followed five Nest Seekers International residential real estate brokers in a docu-style format reminiscent of Vanderpump Rules and MTV's Cribs focusing on the inner conflict of the Hamptons brokers with the luxury real estate featured in the episodes as the settings backdrop. The show lasted one season after receiving criticism for some of the brokers racist micro-aggressions toward the only Black cast member, Noel Roberts.
Selling The Hamptons picks up on Discovery+ in the middle of the pandemic selling season featuring only three cast members from the previous show: Peggy Zabakolas, Michael Fulfree, and JB Andreassi. Joining them for Selling are newcomers Bianca D'Alessio, Kenny Arias and Mia Calabrese, who inject much needed life and diversity into the show. Throughout the season, series MVP Peggy carries the show by personal growth and managing to have interesting conflicts with almost the entire cast. Peggy improved her cold persona from Beach House and shared insecurities with Bianca about being recently single, getting older and her biological clock ticking with while having no kids. Peggy's relatable content is usually juxtaposed with cast members Michael or JB's common micro-aggressions.
