Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle is the newest DLC in the ESO universe, where players can find and defeat Brineclaw, the mini-boss of Breakwater Cave. High Isle brings players to the previously unexplored High Isles on the Western edge of Tamriel. For this new chapter, players go to the homeland of ESO: High Isle's Bretons, human-elf hybrids who squabble over political power in their rival factions. It is there that players can encounter Brineclaw.
Unlike the other five DLCs in the Elder Scrolls Online universe, players do not go on an epic quest to save Tamriel from Daedric doom and destruction. Instead, players find themselves in the midst of political conflict and must sort out rival factions. The Breton nobility lives on High Isle, but there is another island to the north called Amenos where pirates roam and smugglers are plentiful. On these two islands, High Isle and Amenos, the player can explore six main dungeons, called delves, to defeat mini-bosses and collect skyshards. The political nature of this DLC's story make High Islea unique story in the Elder Scrolls Online franchise.

When the player gets to Breakwater Cave on the southwestern coast of High Isle, they will meet the human-crab hybrid called Brineclaw.
