Japanese retailer, NTT-X, is offering a free Intel Arc A750 GPU on the purchase of an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card.
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card is single-handily the fastest gaming card to date with no competition in sight. The graphics card is also the most expensive product that you can buy at its starting price of $1599 US. To sweeten the deal, it looks like retailers in Japan have come up with an interesting promotion.
According to PC-Watch, Japanese retailer NTT-X is offering an ASUS GeForce RTX 4090 TUF Gaming graphics card for 314,160 Yen which is around $2333 US but exclusive members can get a discount, dropping the price down to 297,800 Yen or $2215 US. The higher than MSRP pricing is due to this particular card being a premium OC variant and also due to Japanese regional taxes. But to further sweeten this deal, the retailer is offering a free Intel Arc A750 graphics card with each purchase.
This isn't the first time that Japan has offered an unusually weird discount or promotion on Intel's Arc products. We previously saw retailers in the country offering the Intel Arc A750 8 GB graphics card for as low as $150 US. It looks like Japan really got an abundance of Arc Alchemist stock that is now being offloaded through these promotions. The Intel Arc A750 Limited Edition, the model that is being offered in the promo, has a value of $250 US (MSRP) and has seen various driver updates & optimizations in recent months. This has allowed the card to feature much higher performance and value than its initial launch.
Someone who buys the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 won't have any need for an Intel Arc A750 himself but if he has a sibling or friend who requires a newer graphics card for their PC, this
