Item Level 246 Gear Purchasable with Sandworn Relics in Zereth Mortis

The latest Eternity's End PTR build has updated the Broker transmog gear source we had previously reported on. Now the gear is obtainable from a separate vendor and has no requirements to purchase them, besides the token costs!

These items are purchased from Elder Rafiq. He's located in Pilgrim's Grace, the eastern rest zone in Zereth Mortis. These pieces of gear are ilvl 246. For comparison, gear from rares, treasure chests and quests in Zereth Mortis is 249 with the appropriate Renown level, which makes these pieces alright to help alts gear, even though they are quite expensive. Unlike Korthia vendor gear, these don't come from tokens and are BoP, so they cannot be sent to alts from your main.
