Samsung has just launched its new Galaxy S22 series of smartphones, but is Galaxy Watch 4 still the best Android smartwatch to pair with the latest devices? To recall, the South Korean company revealed Galaxy Watch 4 and the Galaxy Fold 3 and Flip 3 at the Unpacked 2021 event conducted in Aug. 2021. The wearable succeeds Samsung Galaxy Watch 3, launched in 2020, and is the first smartwatch to come with Google Wear OS 3.
Samsung and Google developed the Wear OS 3 together as a unified platform that improves user experience and unlocks a wide array of use cases, compatible with YouTube Music, Google Pay and Google Maps. Apart from this, the Galaxy Watch 4 can be used as an independent smart device capable of making calls (LTE model), storing and playing music, browsing the internet, and interacting with notifications sent by various applications.
