For the last six months, the standard iPhone 13 has seen a vast demand across markets owing to its reasonable combo of price and features. However, six months down the line, it is the more expensive iPhone 13 Pro series that is seeing higher than usual demand. Investment bank Morgan Stanley also estimated that "demand for iPhone 13 in the first quarter exceeded expectations." Worldwide iPhone 13 series shipments are said to have risen by 10 percent. JP Morgan also said that, "Despite various supply and demand problems, all four iPhone 13 series are in stock at US carriers, but the Pro and Pro Max are in short supply compared to other models."
This is in stark contrast to the iPhone SE, for which Apple had to cut down on its production demands. The iPhone SE 5G has seen low demands than anticipated and hence, Apple had to cut production of the model by 20 percent in the second quarter.
