The Fantastic Four's Sue Richards showcases her god-tier powers in a new body paint cosplay of the Invisible Woman. Empowered by cosmic rays during an ill-advised journey to space, Susan Storm became the Invisible Girl. Sue's powers evolved over time, adding force-field projection to her ability to turn herself and others invisible, and she eventually took the name Invisible Woman.
The Fantastic Four are adventurers by heart, constantly exploring the potential of their powers. While Sue was given short shrift in the team's early '60s adventures, mostly confined to the role of damsel in distress, later stories would reappraise her abilities, turning her into one of Marvel's most powerful heroes. A creative application of her powers means that the Invisible Woman can stop bullets, trap her enemies, and mimic other powers like flight and telekinesis. Constant training across the galaxy has improved the strength and durability of Sue's force fields, leading to situations where even gods have struggled against her.

The Invisible Woman's psionic powers are clear in Melissa Croft's latest cosplay of the Fantastic Four hero. Shared on Instagram, Croft's body paint cosplay isn't the artist's first attempt at the character, with the image including a message which states, «I had to redo my old one because I really disliked it! Wanted to wait a couple of years before I attempted it again though because I wanted to see a drastic improvement.» Croft's cosplays often draw on comic characters, though on many occasions selecting less well-known characters, for example the X-Men's Rasputin IV and Justice League Dark magic user Zatanna.
