Fresh off its long-awaited console release last week, Humankind is getting a new DLC and a major new update for the PC version on September 11th.
The Cultures of Oceania DLC will add six new cultures, six new wonders, and 15 new narrative events. The cultures on the way are Pama-Nyungan, Polynesians, Rapa Nui, Maori, Hawaiians, and New Zealanders, and we get a peek of them in the new DLC trailer. The new Wonders to discover are Aitutaki Lagoon, Bungle Bungle Range, Uluru, Whakaari Volcano, Royal Palace of Pape'ete, and Mauna Kea Observatory.
The DLC is now available for pre-order on Steam and the Epic Games Store at a pre-release discount.

The rest of the Bonny Update is concerned with overhauls and improvements to naval warfare on the whole. Among the changes are Rebalancing ships, air units and missiles, and even reclassing ships. The update will also add three new generic ship types - diesel submarines, destroyers, and frigates. A series of naval warfare updates mean naval units will return fire if they are attacked, naval battlefield and deployment zones will now also be larger, and resource requirements will be reworked.
Changes are pretty extensive, so
