Google's SafeSearch feature ensures users don't see mature or explicit content in their search results. The feature is turned off by default for all adult users, but can manually be switched on from the settings menu. It can also be enabled on both desktop and mobile, irrespective of whether the user is signed-in to their Google account or not.

However, if the Google account belongs to a child and is managed by a parent using the Family Link app, it can only be disabled by them from their device.
